Money is no issue. Lease? Dont want to. I test drove it 5 minutes and ordered a brand new frs haha. Ive probably wasted more money on cars than anything else (20+ cars). I dont mind keeping but at the same time love the 2007+ Tundras. Im also considering the Lexus Gx470 as i love the style.

actually went to dealer today, and they are looking for my car, who knows, its not going to be easy..

btw its been 4 days and dealer cant find my car.... this sucks, that and im going out of the country for 4 days during the weekend. Just when you get the balls to do something, nothing like some impatient time to make you have second toughts.

You know where I stand in my car shopping. At least you know you'll have a much better time finding what you want and much sooner than I'll get mine.

If I were to buy a new car it'd be EXACTLY how I want it to be, shouldn't have to compromise when you're buying a new car unless money is an issue. That or the car is a limited run, or what have you.

lol, time came in and went, and after 6 weeks, im definetely not in the good mood. I really wanted a 4runner trails premium, it still shows its on its way, or not, i really dont know or care. 6 weeks makes you think, and ive done that too much. I need a fun car too, and the 4runner is not fun, well, i dont off road...

But really now i got another itch...

Looking at a fun subaru.. The 4 runner, seems like another boring suv, and i need to have fun, cargo and awd.

I went through every manufacturer, and the only ones that stand out are the EVO, STI and GTI. Lol really? Of course, not american cars, they have fun cars, but not interested, plus im allergic. and other european cars, well, again not interested bmw and mercedes are overrated, volvos are boring.. mazda does not have anything worthwhile to kick tires, and nissan, right?, the GTR, well lol, cant afford it.

will be test driving the imreza wrx and STI tomorrow, and ill see. My only concern is how good are these engines in response to reliability, since my dealer will be 100 miles away, i heard used imprezas have transmission issues, but that is after all the rough use they received...

will pay it off, so it needs to be run till ground car. my boss has an s4 Audi, my neighbor has one, no thanks. that's boring. Im almost 40 but i drive like i stole it sometimes.

unfortunately i may have to reschedule test drive, for another stupid reason, but i wont know until 5pm.

i may need to drive to michigan, are the roads cluttered with snow? i have never driven in the north in winter....

I do understand wanting to have something different. Why I've been looking at the Hyundai Genesis Coupe for a while now.

My wifes boss is a surgeon and everyone at the office has either a 911 Turbo or an AMG Mercedes.
He went from a 2010 caged M3 (recaro seats, 5 point harness... the works), to now an F-250 and a Maserati Gran Tourismo.

I'm in a college town with a ton of wealthy Asian exchange students who buy a car for a semester basically, so there's now like 6 new Gran Tourismo's rolling around in the last 6 months....

So now he's looking at a Lamborghini because there's only 1 in town... lol.



I'm not sure what else to recommend at this point.. could import an RS4 lol.

I think you'll enjoy the STI though, my friend from work has a really nice one that he's put a ton of money into and it's a really nice ride.
After I sold my original 6gc the wife and I were looking at a WRX but we go back and forth to Jersey to visit family so often we needed something with more trunk space and with a better guarantee than the 5yr60k (if i remember correctly) that the Subaru would give us. Also we tailgate a lot so that kinda sealed the deal.
