He's looking for the euro bezel.. It has a longer recessed section for European plates.

I can do it ASAP or in 3 weeks when I will be going to a junk yard to see a yellow Celica in a different town. If I pick up the part it won't cost you $5-10 more, but it will be probably a month until you receive it. You decide.
