yeah I just noticed that after I posted.... that is crazy Will be interesting to see how it pans out installer vs tuner, but I think the main argument will be he sold it as a bolt on kit so there was the legal expectation that the fittings were safe and accurate for the job and he will be at fault.

Visconti is a ****ing dick bag. My only sadness is that he didn't go up in flames with the car. I can't comment any more on this situation for legal reasons, but my opinion has been known.

Guy has his car tuned by Visconti and it had his Flex Fuel kit installed. Car burned to the ground while being driven by Vistonti. He more or less says "too bad, so sad. Come get your burned heap."
