I'm now thinking what I have been craving about for a pretty long time now.
I found this 3S-GE Beams engine for a fair price, but is the swap bolt-on with no major modifications?

Major modifications? Shouldn't be if you have a 3s already. You'll probably need some wiring work.

I'm assuming that you're getting the ecu and such, right? The headers are different, and I believe the b-pipes are different, too. Should work with whatever clutch/transmission you've got. Different intake. Same mounts as the 5s.

The B pipe has a different mounting point for the O2 sensor but can be made to work with a BEAMS. Mounting and everything else is the same. Wiring should be pretty similar between the 3rd and 4th gens, but might need very minor changes.
