well first explain, what you mean by lining up your stereo....

Do you mean you want it to sit flush with the dash instead of sticking out?

not much you could do, except drilling new holes on the mounting brackets. but judging from your stereo, its a flip down to insert cd, you wont be able to do it since the facia will be in the way..

Looks like you just mounted it wrong on the brackets. Try one of the other holes, standard players should fit flush no issue.
