Goto any parts store that sells all the APC parts and stuff like that and buy the blue cylicone bulb covers, I have them, and if you want blue dome lights I believe those are the best bet.

i used autometer #3207 bulb covers.. more of a grreny blue but they look good.

I used those apc bulbs and the blue coating melted off the second day i had them. I dunno, whenever i've used bulbs i didn't like the look they gave the dome. The entire area of plastic doesn't really light up blue... just the area right under the bulb. At least that's been my experience. I decided to go a different route and put a transparent blue mask on the inside of the plastic and kept the stock bulbs. All of the plastic lights up blue and it looks really nice.
