Doubtful, besides Ted95, coomers and a few others, I havent seen much interest from coupe owners in personalizing and adding to their rides. Not that that is a requirement, but it does help.

This one. You can see the whole stance of the car, which is great, your car sits very well, and there is not the industrial building in the background, which brings the focus more on the celi. I think this is a good pic, and the gt4 Wheels looks great. Having the shot in more, like the third option, you lose some of the dramatic element that is present when the shot is of the full car. Just my thoguhts, but there it is.

Had some really nice shots today. Liking them until I got home. The Camera decided 'I don't want to use RAW, I'ma shoot some .jpg now' so they arnt large enough ;(

Btw, you're not allowed into the calendar if you haven't cleaned the brake dust off your rims before pics... sorry tongue.gif

And JPG should be good enough for most things except for extensive editing. I only shoot RAW when I have some intention to post-process, otherwise it is easiest to go full resolution, max detail JPG.

So not like this?

In saying that, the pic I posted earlier would be covered in brake dust. Car was filthy. Haha
Also as far as I knew the jpeg was the same resolution, but not as good quality as its already processed?

Anyway, think we should leave this thread just for the calendar entries now.

Raw Pixel dimensions will be the exact same as your L Jpg pixel dimensions

Raw is just an uncompressed file, you wont be able to really tell the difference in the end result (which is the calendar hah)

Got cleaned this morning, then I drove 300km and they got dirty again LOL....

I only shoot on RAW, hardly ever on JPG.
RAW images are so much easier to adjust and 'fix' if something goes wrong...
The JPG images were only 1888x by something pixels which isn't large enough for the calender...

The photos I got last night were large enough, but I forgot all about positioning and none are suitable for the calender as they arn't positioned right...

No problem... it is all in phase of draft anyway smile.gif. I will try that carbon pattern next time.

Yeah, bottom one is a stunner. Malpaso may need to work his magic to get it all to fit in properly, but it'd be worth the effort! smile.gif

Here is my best one thus far, but I will get some more once I have the projectors and stuff installed smile.gif

thats a great shot, hopefully you can replicate it once you throw in the projectors


here is my mockup of the cover idea I had so far. I am playing around with different typefaces still, cant really settle on one. The color of course can be changed to match whatever the color scheme the rest of the calendar will be

That's looking pretty mint!!
I think add the monthly winners on there, in the gap between the 'celicas' and TEQ symbol and a transparent view of their name? Or spanned across the bottom? Haha

And possibly see what malpasso wants as the cover tongue.gif

the monthly winners aren't necessarily going to be in the calendar so it might get confusing

I will churn out a couple slightly different setups maybe this weekend and post them.

I like the way you done the 6G part. The transparent works well.
Also by the 'monthly winners' I meant the members that make it in the calendar! smile.gif

Also to clear up before, the JPG settings were NOT at the highest for some odd reason, thus why it was 1888px....
When I put it to full its 3888px by something lol...

Here are the two different images used. Been lazy and havent made a new design yet. Once we get a final list of members I can add them in somewhere

I like the green one, it compliments the yellow and blue nicely. The yellow one is just screaming at your eyes.

it is funny. I would vote for yellow because match better with blue color for me. It is nice contrast and I like contrasts wink.gif

Yeah, I would have definitely gone with the yellow - it brings out the colour of the calipers rather than compete with it.

I'm also a bit undecided on which pic I like more... I'm actually leaning a bit more towards the original cropped in one... Or maybe crop the latter one a little bit to find some middle ground?
