Had this same problem a month ago so I took it to the shop. My front tires were wearing off irregularly from the inside which I couldn't see. Changed the front two tires and it fixed the problem.
Have your tires balanced and have the alignment checked. Just did mine yesterday cause steering wheel is shaking intermittently on highway speeds. Turns out that the wheel is off balance but the alignment is good.
