I couldn't find a introduction forum so I just posted in here. I'm Alex. I just bought a 94 Celica Gt, 5 speed, 129,000 miles, fresh paint job, new clutch, and more. So what's up?

Welcome! To think they wasted money by having it painted before getting your GT4 front end, some splitters, and side-skirts.
At least I know what mine would look like with new paint now.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! :3 I'm thinking the first thing I want to do with the car is put a chip in it. I'm relatively new to this whole car modding world. What do you guys think I should put in it first?
Edit: Also I'm from Kiel. It's near Sheboygan.

Exhaust if it hasn't been done, perhaps. The JDM fog lights and tail lights would be cool. Eh, short throw shifter. Could get splitters and side-skirts for it as well.

I've looked around at exhausts, not sure which to get. Any recommendations?
You'll have to build your own or have a shop build one, but I've gotten the best sound out of Vibrant performance

Magnaflow is good, that or Flowmaster. Or if you like sounding like a bumble bee grab an eBay muffler.

Magnaflow is always a good choice. I've had them on my brother's civic and camry and they didn't sound too bad.
and as far as modding goes, depends on what you want really. if you want looks then go for kits and lights, if you want power, intake exhaust etc. or you could just save up for a swap. heheheh.
go through the multimedia section, look at pics, get an idea of what you want and start looking and saving.

Welcome to the world of modding a car with next to no after market support.
Lots of the things will have to be custon (like exhaust as mentioned) or brought it from overseas, like stock JDM parts.
I wouldn't add "a chip" to your vehicle. They don't add anything really.
You're lucky you got the GT rather than the ST, which has a little more power.
With these cars, theres not a whole lot you can do for power in terms of bolt ons. Turbo or swap is the only way to get significant numbers.
The GT is an easier base for a swap, from what I've read. Other wise if you're not looking to turbo or swap, your best bet is to do suspension mods and exterior mods to be able to handle well, and look good doing so.
