Does anyone have any information about this gearbox at all?

I was looking for the paint color on GT4 wheels and came across this website which mentioned a 6 spd gearbox without reverse.

seems to be a trans manufactured primarily for the Group A ST205

even the Xtrac gearbox uses a reverse one, thats a total different gearbox built by Xtrac for the group A, the important thing is that it is too expensive to buy,
a hamonic drive like oem isn't possible too

correction, the CT20 ain't use a T4 style flange -> twin entry toyota specific

Anything related to the actual WRC cars, not the crappy wrc rallyeee production version, is so far gone and expensive you dont want to even look into it or your pockets will shrink.


FYI, the ST205's awd transmission is the worst thing i've ever dealt with regarding vehicles in my life.

can't can follow you, no problem up to some hundred hp/tq and thats is year after they are built.....the worst transmission i know comes in the mazda 323 turbo

Once its in the car, I haven't had much trouble; aside from teh gear ratios. Kinda find it funny that they have 'wrc' transmissions, but come with gear ratios better suited towards track driving than rally.
