After scouring the interwebz for this confounded gasket, the only place I have found one is at dealerdirectparts.com. The local dealership wants $13 for it and I think they are crazy. Has anyone ever used that website or know of somewhere else to get the gasket? Thanks in advance

eBay or Rock Auto. I remember looking for it, and it's not listed as an Idle Air Control Valve gasket. Something along the lines of Throttle Base gasket. I remember finding them for $5 shipped or so.

Go to rockauto.com. Under the Part Catalog tab, choose the options: Toyota, 1995, Celica, 1.8L L4, Fuel/Air, Throttle Body Gasket. It is th top one, and like the 5S, the 7A's too looks like a frog face.
