You could always pick up a spare rim and get the carpet from a GT4, with the raised spare tire spot.

AWD cars come with full size spares. AWD transmissions do not like different sized wheels.
Just do this! Bam... full size spare!

All Australian models came with the full sized spare and raised carpet too
I have pics in my thread of my boot setup, just built a frame out of wood the height of the wheel that stuck out, than cut out the shape of my carpet, and threw it all in.
The sub and speaker sides are just screwed into the floor.
I have my raised carpet gathering dust in the shed, but I think I'll née it for when I sell
