Topic #88883 9 posts Started by ILoveMySilly97
Post pics of your CAI! Add info such as what brand you're using. Pipe size. Engine. Any other mods you had to do like relocating battery or ECT. I have an 5sfe and is interested on how most of us 6gc members install the CAI.

Yea I know there's a sticky but there's no pics. That's why I posted one in multimedia.

Oh ****. Double strut bar. Nice. Lol. I also have that injen Sri. Was thinking about attaching an other pipe or one of this flexible hose down to where the fender area is.

for those of you with an ST. this pipe came off an early 01-03ish chevy truck with the durimax diesel, with a few modifications it fit perfectly and never had any issues with water. sounds nice too!
my old 7a CAI. just making sure i put it out there, CAI really dont do anything especially on our tiny n/a engines. Just a cool noise essentially lol

I've spilt my heart into this car :) And I don't ever plan to stop- 6GC for Life ->Semper Fi<1994 Cupra :p 3sgte1995 Celica ST DD1969 Chevelle SSalllll balls. P2 approved!
If I were ever to do it I'd route it so that the filter is in the fender well, then route a separate pipe from in front of the filter to the front of that car. Probably the best way to go about it.
