Are these the SRI, CAI, or the stock filter that you're talking about?

I am looking for a replacement filter element for my Injen Intake. I feel like it is sucking some oil that contributes on the clogging of the IACV. I am looking to replace it with K&N.

I've never heard of dry-flow intakes, how is that different? No need to oil it or no oil on the filter element?
