That's nice. Doesn't look like you put much negative camber either.

Is it really hard to slam 6g Celicas or is it just not popular?

It's not that popular amongst the 6gc community but there a few that do slam them. Most Celica owners are about function over style which isn't a bad thing. It's pointless to have a ride if you can't make it through parking lot littered with speed bumps. And then there's me that just love a super low car, with stretched tires and deep dish wheels that's also functional. I've seen some slammed rides that just look amazing, and I've some that are just ugh. But at the end of the day it's all about how you want to build you your ride and what you like and want it to look like.

no, it's not hard. just not popular like the other car crowds.
Most of us are a function>form kind of build.
but this one's really popular in japan.

Wish we had more slammed and stances guys, would make things a lot more interesting and fun. Not bashing by any means but it seems Celica builds have bland and unimaginative these. Where as the corolla, Supra, Camry, 86, hell even the Prius guys are getting bolder and more interesting in their builds. I remember being in Japan and man some of things guys would come up with just blew my mind. All for the sake of art, the build, and what they invisioned their rides to look like. Think we to caught up in thoughts and opinions more than we like to allow ourselves to believe. Just build your ride. You wanna slam it, go for it, you wanna stretch your tires, do it. It's your build, build how you want. Oh and Megan coilovers are a great choice if you wanna go that route. Not a single complaint here about them.

That car looks pretty fun, (I think I recognize it from IG? It looks like one I saw recently that started off white). Unfortunately I'm not going to be doing the stance/slammed thing with my car, at least not for now. I'm doing a pretty vanilla 205 replica, I really need a car I can build with OEM parts after the atrocity I built my other car into lol. Going through the forum I wasn't seeing many cars lowered noticeably much and when I saw this thread it pretty much confirmed it (very few that are just buried in the ground) but wasn't sure if it was because it was difficult or just unpopular. I like the practical/sporty stance I've been seeing a lot of though, so I'll still be improving mine a bit over stock where possible.
