Knock sensor price - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #85996 5 posts Started by HectortheRican
Okay, what the HELL is so special about the ST knock sensor that makes it almost $120?! Every other knock sensor I've seen has been around $20-30!! I bought a brand new clutch kit for only $20 more than the friggin' knock sensor. Even the guy at O'Rielly's was extremely surprised!

There're plenty of new OEM Toyota ones on eBay for under $55 shipped.

Thanks, man. Even if I do 1-day shipping, it's still more than $50 less than what I'm paying O'Rielly's. $53 for OEM and $120 for off-brand? If that's not highway robbery, I don't know what is.
