I just got my DR CAI, i live in maine so there is snow... if i put it on now with snow around is it going to be harmed due to snow and stuff coming up under the body of the car or do u guys think that it will be protected by that plastic under the front part of the car?
anyways... basically.... do you guys think i should put it on or not yet?
thanks
put it on already.
besides, i dought that anything is gonna hit it because you still have that plastic cover underneath.
either way, put it on already

Spedtoe I have a question about the Dr.Cai. I was wondering if the silicone couplings that you ship out with the CAI are all one color?
it will be fine the oil on the k&n filter want allow much if any water to get threw it

Its also a K&N so color options aren't available.

speedtoe do u recommend a heat resistant paint... like a spray paint when you paint the intake?
any ideas on that last thought guys?
Yeah, I would use some kind of a ceramic based paint. And get something thats at least a little oil and fuel resistant if you can.
