hi. just wounder about getting a catback exhaust system ( mongoose or hks) for my 7a-fa at200 celica,but is it possible to put a st202 system on mine ?
because isnt the fitment the same except for the thickness?

and have anybody here replaced the silencer under the car with a straight piping before, on at200? wounder have it sounds like.

The resonator? It will make it louder, and more raspy. The resonator acts as a premuffler to cut back on the harshness of the exhaust note.

2.25 is the largest I'd go on a 7A. Anything more than that and you're going to lose way to much torque due to lack of back pressure. As long as those ST202 kits are 2" - 2.25" you should be fine. Just don't do a 3" exhaust.
