>the switch sits directly on top of the transmission, I have it already take off my parts car and in my actual car. Check the wiring for sure..... it sits RIGHT on top
So...........how would I get to it? Well I have to drop my transmission to check it?
no it's on TOP the tranny lol. you'll have to remove your airbox hose at least.. maybe the box itself, but it literally is right there. and is very very inconspicuous.... I removed it for richee3 and he ended up not needing it, but it took me a min to find it to begin with.
Ok. That's good news. Lol. So how does it look like anyways? Can you shoot me a pic of it?

http://www.casimages.com/img.php?i=1204300...86979789483.jpgIf its an automatic, the reverse lights are built into the neutral safety switch. I had similar issues as well. Check to see if the grounding points in your rear lamp assembly are properly seated (IE: check the screws to make sure they are tight, etc). Also look for grounding points along the wiring path from the engine to the rear.
Mine is actually a 5spd Manual Tranny. But I'll double check on the grounding wires.
