the only thing you can do is buy them and then send them over to a member to convert them to lhd they do not come in lhd from the factory. They only sell jdm rhd lights.
I've passed by a cop on a road that has traffic coming and going with one lane on each side. And even though my headlight beam blinded him he didn't turn around and pull me over.

Oh well if that's the case I don't think there'll be an issue with keeping them LHD here in Puerto Rico. There's much worse scenarios where cops don't turn around. (55w HID on reflector bowls)
