Need help finding keyless entry remote for JDM St205 - 6G Celicas Forums

Do they sell?? Can I have a part #?? anything?? Don't tell me check the dealers, cause there are no dealers in my country.. kindasad.gif HEEELLPP

If your just looking for the remote, there are TONS of them on eBay ... if your looking for the whole keyless VIP dealer installed kit, sadly, they stopped making them last year and are impossible to find. I've been trying very hard to find one, myself, for the last 3 weeks.

What's the VIP dealer installed kit?? The receiver etc?? I just need a remote, and know how to program it. But not sure which to buy.

Yes, the VIP kit is essentially the whole thing, receiver, wiring, key fobs. I've only seen the receiver for our car so I can't tell you which key fob it is. I've been kinda wondering that myself. I know a few people on here have them, hopefully someone will speak up for you and post a pic.

Rave2n has one, maybe you can PM him.

The original Key Fob for our cars are these:

Mine took a crap on me years ago, i just didn't use the alarm. Finally decided to get a new one, and ended up buying one of the new universal remotes. wasn't hard to program, although only one button works to lock and unlock kindasad.gif

That's why I bought a universal remote! The only ones for our cars on eBay are beat to hell (pretty much like MY stock one is)

Also I merely posted that to give an example and provide info.. which is what the origanal post had asked for wink.gif

Damn I was late to this post...

Funny enough I tried to repair my fab, and so far no dice. It appears someone dropped it in liquid and assumed the sugary contents would not damage the circuit board.

Cleaned it contact cleaner, and attempted to check for continutity across the leads and not looking good. So I will be investing in such soon as well.

If you guys ever need something just PM me, comes to my phone and i'm quick to answer usually. If I like ya wink.gif

It should utilize the alarm too, yes.

Anybody know's how to set the remote to the alarm system... I see no button on the box under the seat kindasad.gif

on my box there was a small green button on the side of the box, nearest the door.

I guess the Jdm models are different, I have no buttons there.
