i came upon a garrett t3 turbo and plan on boosting between 5-8 psi on it. the turbine has an inlet and outlet for a water cooler. my question is would it be necessary to run the water cooler for my turbo to run properly? i know it would be greatly beneficial for my turbo but dont know if i have the funds and knowledge to do it. any feedback from anyone would be greatly appreciated. ( oh, my car is a 97 celica st) thanxxx

nope, not needed, but it doesnt hurt to hook it up(i didnt tho with my first turbo)
