They are 25 mm.
also dont know how to tell if they are hubcentric or not.

Shipping quotes to Alberton T4B 2V4, were about $28 usd. so it would be 50 total shipped.

Great price but I'll pass - looks like they change the bolt pattern from 5x100 to 5x114 or something, that correct?

Yea they do change the bolt pattern, I forgot to mention I did notice that when I took them off. I didnt have a problem since the wheels were 5 lug universal.
