do you cut your own holes for the side marker or does it come precut when you order it? if it comes pre cut where did you order it from cause i want some too

my car is jdm so the fenders i have on there now come stock with them but because it is hard to source fenders here in germany i bought some used from a guy in the states, what i plan on doing is posting pics up once i get my fenders with the measurements and use a dremel tool to cut the holes in the fenders, i will get the measurements from the fenders i have on the car now

so i got the holes cut in the fenders and the new lights installed this weekend, next step, weld up the holes for the us spec turning lamps. pictures to follow later
