Loving my 98 GT, but this cel code keeps coming back after I clear it.

Code 0441 is " pressure in charcoal canister and fuel tank does not drop during purge control. ( 2 trip detection logic ) "


Any tips would be appreciated. Only engine mods are injen intake and 2.5 exhaust.
