hy guis i have a celica gt4 st185 1992 japan imported and all the time when cold outside the rear windscreean its whater condesed and its not going dry very easy even when i turn the windscreean heater on ,it could be the fuse bat dont know weare to find`t, any solution

Get yourself a chilton manual from halfords ( thats where i got mine from) it shows all the fuse and relay positions.
