Hey guys been looking around for info. Has anyone had problems with keeping front wheel bearings from blowing out all the time? my daily is a 95 and i've replaced pass side front 4 times the first 3 lasted a couple months before they blow out. the 4th lasted 6 months and is now blowing out. I have been buying hub and bearing from toyota direct and has been pressed in everytime by my dad who is a mechanic. and have been getting it aligned right after the install.. anyone else have this problem? my 97 w/ the 3s swap hasn't caused me any problem after replacing on that car.. Jut seems the 95 is always going out. thanks in advance
torqued down to proper spec? i know having big rims and wheel spacers wears those things out faster but on your daily i doubt that would be the case.

Possibly loose axle nut, or one that keeps loosening? Only causes I can think of ate the axle nut, cheap bearings (which you've ruled out,) lowering, bigger rims, or not having an axle in the hub at all.
