i think it maybe on here as a how-to but been unable to find-it
basically, do 5gen/st185 wing mirrors fit onto a 6gen? (have to be powered)
also any pics would be a great help

Yes, yes they do. I cannot help you on the specifics, but I think a bit of surgery is required to make them fit. If I remember correctly, the 6GC mounting plate has to be taken off and used on the 5GC mirror. The wiring might give a bit o' trouble too.

i just hard wired mine.. it was 3 wires.. and I do remember the colors didn't match up.. LOL... but it was just hook up and test.. then when i had them right.. soldered and taped. works perfect.
