For the amount of labour you're going to be paying for (or putting into it) - you might as well save yourself some dough, and time later down the road and do both at the same time.
I think the old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" - doesn't apply to Timing Belt/Water pump maintenance.

KAOS|THE PROGRESSION - SLOW & STEADY|PARTING OUT- it ALL must go!|
I wouldn't mess with the water pump yet if there hasn't been any problems with it. I replaced my timing belt this past December without doing the water pump and my motor (also a 7a) has about the same amount of mileage on it. (340,000km~211,000 miles; mine has ~214,000 on it)

that is a simple call. To go through all what needs to be done to change the timing belt and not to change the water pump while your there is just throwing money away. The water pump will fail so why not have the piece of mind to know you'll not ever have to worry about it. You'll be glad you did....
Change the oil pump seal and gasket, along with the front main seal and crank seals. I bet good money they are leaking or about to start.
