I just changed the fuel pump in the celica to a walbro 255 and now the engine isn't getting fuel. My cousin might have got the wires mixed around and put + on the - and vise versa. Would that cause it not to give fuel?

Edit: problem solved close thread please. The wires were criss crossed as mentioned above.
