I picked up some 215/45/17 tires [set of 2] for a bargain price.
Can I run them on front and 215/50/17 on the back?
and you would want to do this for what reason???

and yes you can. with FWD cars it will not hurt anything. just keep the same size on the drive axel from side to side.
Out of curiosity, what happens when ur size is different from one side to the next?
Or when only one tire is smaller than the rest

if its a non powered axle, you fck up your handling/braking
if its the drive axle (front) it will add additional wear on your differential.
