FS...... GT4 CLEAR FRONT LENSES - 6G Celicas Forums

I've just completed an order for Celica Club Russia - Western Siberia Region......and I'm not kidding biggrin.gif



and inevitably I have one set with very slight casting imperfections which I am posting here only at the hugely reduced price of £25 GBP/pair inc amber bulbs + £4 to cover shipping/PayPal to Europe, £5 rest of the world.



I can easily sell them on eBay for more, but I'd rather someone here had first shout. If you want to grab them, payment can be made to ... richardmarsden@freeuk.com

There is only one pair at this price. I only accept payment in £'s GBP..... PayPal will convert and charge you in $USD....I'd guess about $49

So, is this $49 USD? that would be a good price. I was looking at the ebay ones for $46.95 pounds, but come with lens and housing. Oh! by the way, the ones on ebay is the GT4 ones.

no its about $91 shipped to the us.
*Thing i want for my car(i wish i had money)*-full gt4 front end conversion(DONE :) JUST NEEDS PAINT(next on to do list)-new seats all around-riser blocks-fog lights-new radio and speakers all around-full bodykit splitters and sideskirts to go with conversion(just needs fitting and painting)-nice rims(Got TC rims and painted them white)-light blue tint (next step will do this right after i get my paint job)WTB Reasonably pricedProjectors just Lows

BTW.......although slightly OT, I thought I'd mention I've recently received what is probably the finest accolade and kudos - an order from McLaren for a pair of clear fronts for a client's F1 road car, which is still today, the fastest normally aspirated road car..............in the world biggrin.gif



These were original fitment to the Lotus Elan M100 and Esprit S.4 and are now obsolete parts. I am now the recommended supplier of an alternative 'non approved' part. Basically that means that they don't want the hassle of stocking etc. but all dealers have been advised that I can supply these parts.

yea im not sure but wolfie is in GBP which is british pounds NOT euros. $1 us dollar is 1.6 GBP.
1 euro is going at $.70 us dollar im just trying to help with the currency difference.

Personally if i had the money and not in the middle of still setting up my gt4 conversion i would totally buy it is a little costly but ive seen these in person at a meet and the quality is superb, and when he says small imperfection im sure its something completely not noticeable but his standard for quality is so high.

well GLWS i doubt it but if its still around in a month ill probably pick it up.

Many thanks for clarifying the currency situation.....and the thumbs up - just to be sure, they'd work out about $49 USD shipped to your door.

The imperfections are indeed very small - if you look carefully at the top lens, you can see 4 small spots in the centre part and in the lower there are some micro bubbles,pin point size which are too small to be seen in the pic.

These are the actual lenses which are shown approx full size, so you should be able to get a good idea.

Spy is right. The paypal conversion atm is 60 cents US per GBP so it'll come out to 90 bucks shipped

My humble apologies to everyone for the confusion - all my fault. My regular price has been reduced to £49.50 GBP + shipping but this one off is $49 USD inc shipping.

I will accept $USD just to make it easier in this instance.

Oooh err, this is a bit tricky.......Batman722 was the first to P.M me before my message box filled up, so I guess they should go to him.

I knew there'd be a lot of interest at $49 USD shipped!

After that, the first to post was 1bwilson. I have a single left hand lens on the shelf, so what I will do is, tomorrow I'll make up a right and even if they're perfect, I'll allow that one further pair also at $49 shipped - can't be fairer than that.

On my website, I've left them at £72.50 GBP, but have actually reduced them to £49.50 GBP + shipping for first grade to be competetive with the crystal clear units on eBay. Normally I only accept payment in £'s GBP which as good general guide is about £1 = $1.6. PayPal also charge the recipient 4.2% which I also have to fator in.

I've got to rush out now, but'll post again wnen I get back...

Many thanks for that Luke, and IIRC, the ones you had you won in one of my 'Spot the Car' competitions. smile.gif

Those were end of run - one of the last pairs before the moulds are exhausted. These are better quality still.

The McLaren order was a real coup - I even offered them a pair FOC if I could deliver and fit and take photos. Unfortunately, they politely declined and paid my full asking price. I guess F1 owners are extremely wealthy and private individuals.

You probably heard that Rowan Atkinson crashed his last week, but I think he'll be needing a tad more than a new set of lenses and a bit of paint!
