What interests/hobbies do you guys have either than your car?

In the winter I am huge in to snowboarding although my province is completely flat, me and my buddies still make it happen.
This year me and my buddies in a crew called Nexgen made a video, and are trying to get our names out there, and hopefully go somwhere with snowboarding eventually.

I'm also really into boarding, i just went to park city, utah this past march/april. Nothing like hiking up to the peak and boarding a wide open bowl.

Now i'm done with school i really would love to back pack through europe.

I'm a senior software engineer for a large bank. I'm on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off after hours support roster for the core transactional system which has a throughput of billions of dollars every night. Needless to say, I've had to do the occassional all nighter when things go wrong, and every now and again, they do.

I practice and teach Yoga, which I know does not seem like a great match for being a car enthusiast, but I'm not one for stereo-types and I'm probably not a typical Yoga teacher either, but I've been doing and teaching for years and have a loyal following of participants so must be doing something right. Before Yoga was a serious competitive runner, held provincial titles such as 5000 and 10,000 track titles (sub 15 minute runner for 5K).

I like PC and xbox gaming but over the last couple of years have not been into it as much as I used to, finally starting to grow old and boring I guess. I also like building PC's -always do my own upgrades and tend to just buy second hand previous generation components that were regarded top of the line in their day (eg e8600 and qx9770) -I overclock all my systems to get maximum value out of them. I Also enjoy home theatre and have a 54 inch plasma and 7.1 sourround sound system.

I'm into just about any type of music but have a special place in my heart for NIN and really don't like Country music at all lol

Oh yeah, and to futher break the stereo types of have two pet Minilop rabbits and 5 budgies and have quite a few years of experience in two styles of martial arts (Okinawa Te and Taekwondo)

I don't have a whole lot of hobbies other than day dreaming about my car or making things happen to my car.

However, I do love playing the ukulele. I'm about to treat myself and buy a pretty nice Lanikai uke.

Funny story, I recently talked my way out of a ticket by playing Somewhere Over the Rainbow to the cop.

I like to draw, just not often because ideas don't come to me very easily. I also really, really love anime and manga. I'm always deep into one series or another.

I too board, but I won't be making a career out of it lol. I also train in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu under the Gracie name. Other than that I am going to school for nursing and can't wait to get that done =). I would play xbox but my 360 (both of them) are busted =(.

I'm also in too music as well, i've played drums most of my life, self taught as well!

Well, my bills get paid (and car parts afforded) by being an IT specialist at major research university here in North Carolina which dovetails nicely with my other two hobbies; computer/electronics and photography. I've been building, repairing, and troubleshooting PCs for about 10 years now and have built all of my systems, my ex's PC, and my mom's computer not to running my own business doing so. I like cell phones why too much, I've owned about 10 or 12 in the last 6 years, and at one point bought a new phone every 3 to 6 months although I've slowed down to just having one primary and a back-up or two.

I used to play PC and 360 games a lot but now that I've gotten older I find myself very disinterested in gaming and more interested in learning about photography and just spending time with my fiancee; by the way, no one is a better model for photos than the woman you love - and it scores you massive brownie points. LOL.

Other than that I'm a movie and music junkie who's marrying a musician/music teacher to be.

Well i guess ill be the first military to post up. Im airforce when im away from my car. Load bombs, missles, and anything that explodes just about onto fighters, bombers, unmanned and rotary. Its fun when im actually doing the loading part, really gets your blood pumping when you have to load up a fleet of 50 jets with 4 missles a piece, or when the bomb you loaded onto a B1 bomber saved the lives of the guys on the ground over in Iraq or afghanistan....Anywho only pic i could find of my job...with bombs in it!!




Other than that i spend time snorkeling ( yea a black guy that can swim lol), traveling and my all time favorite drinking and or karokae with my friends, lol....I mean there is alot about me but the gist is that i like to have a good time and enjoying my short life as i see fit!!

I play a lot of golf, and disc golf. Hang out at the beach, build computers, etc. Night time job, I'm an aircraft mech for ASA.

Corporal in a infantry battalion so when im not at work im usually spending time with family
Do lots of pyshical training at work but do like to keep fitness up when on leave
Do like playing on my 360 & PS3 when i have time

I actually love to read and learn.... my main topics of interest are astro-physics and theoretical physics. I also like to learn foreign languages (working on French right now) and going to movies. All that and thinking about what I would love to do to my car.

Oh yeah and going to concerts.

when im not ong my 6gc i am on my 1gcs, which lately take most of my time....

I work at a certain fruit stand fix portable devices for a living

when im not working or hanging with the fam ill find me at the hobby store building, tweaking, tuning, rc cars for the fun of it. every so often ull catch me drifting on the track.

Outside of working on my car, I play lots of videogames, work as a sales associate at Advance Auto Parts and I play paintball.

In fact, I played paintball on a semi pro team in the NPPL. Last event we played was in Buffalo before the NPPL shut down. Pics so no shenanigans!

Lmao yeah it shoots a paintball.

I got in trouble once when I brought it outside to take pics and to tune it after the build. Neighbor called the cops because they thought I was shooting "paint rounds out of an AR15 or M4 in my back yard..." Apparently they have never heard a real gun fire.

I wish I shot one of the way the ball feed worked on the mil-sim. It literally fed the balls up into the chamber with a spring and a cyclone.

I'm a student at a small college in Los Angeles. I play college baseball, tutor English, and work as an announcer for most of the fall and winter sports teams. I also work in the summers for the Cape League. Other than that, though, I don't do much of anything haha

I'm either going to school or working on my Honda's.... or drinking alot! I finished up the master mechanic program at the local J.C., but I'm planning on going into engineering. I couldn't handle working on other people's heaps all day, and I am great at math as well as mechanical things.

My latest hobby has to be tig welding. My specialty is Aluminum, but I also enjoy stainless alot
