We have acquired an E153 with LSD that is out of a FWD application! No modification needed to run in your Celica! (aside from the correct motor mounts) Also, a set of ST205 Shifter cables to go with it!! Asking $800 for the set (trans and cables) Will not sell individually. ***Please Note - Mileage of transmission is unknown, it came on a ST215 swap.***

whats with the cover on the end? i have never seen a E153 with that cover.

I think he meant a steel stamped ( that's what looks to be ) cover instead of an alluminum cover. I have 2 trans taken apart with me, plus one in the car and they all have aluminum covers, not that it would make the trans better or worst, just something that sticks out.
i have seen plenty of E153 and none of them look like this one. the end cap look too flat to support 5th gear.

even it the diff is not see thru is still lsd? because when my bro bought his trans his diff was see thru and we spun the wheels they spun the same way,
