I got a 3rd gen 3sgte cylinder head for sale this come with everything except the cam shafts but you can find these for cheap and also included are the intake manifold and throttle body, and the exhaust manifold! The valve cover is included too as well as the gaskets and the cam gears. Looking for 450$ OBO + shipping so pm me if ur interested. And we can discuss a price.
