I installed my FMIC and Berk DP and now it overboost!! Before, I couldn't boost over 14 PSI and now even with my MBC completly unscrewed, I hit the fuel cut all the time very fast! Seems like my actuator doesn't open!?

I think you're almost garanteed to overboost once you change the intake and exhaust, unfortunately theres not much port work you can do in a twin scroll turbo, now if you want to keep your mods you also have to get a new manifold and external wastegate.. while your at it you may aswell get a better turbo and ditch that toyota piece of crap.

i think we could use a mod list before jumping into telling him to get a new turbo setup.
I'll list my intake/exhaust mods:
- Obviously Berk DP
- DP to back 3'' Fujitsubo exhaust
- Samco intake hose
- Apex'i Air intake
- Apex'i BOV
- MBC with the mods to remove the OEM boost control
- Stock ECU
- FMIC, 2.5'' piping
- Wiring mod to remove Code 54 and bridge the intercooler level sensor.
Car runs great, should I be able to move the actuator by hand? What if I plug the hose directly in the actuator from the compressor housing?
nah it shouldnt move by hand,
theres a couple ways to keep your currrent setup,
the easy way would be to put a 2.25" restrictor in your exhaust which would defeat the purpose of removing the cat and the full 3" system,
or a standalone ecu and just tune it and run it full time at over 18psi,
or external wastegate which means cutting up your new downpipe and your manifold,
or a fuel cut defender with water injection (but getting the setup right this way is almost as costly as the ecu)

I have a Greddy E-manage Blue that I was planning to install. Could it solve my problem?
Did anybody installed a external wastegate on a WRC manifold? I won't cut my DP, if I have to put a external wastegate, I'll just put a pipe on it and exit under the car. It's a track car after all!
Problem solved! My MBC was busted, spring was bent and a ball bearing was stuck in one port. Gonna need a new MBC.
