It annoys me that most of these cars that swap these monster engines don't actually use any of the power, as the platform cant handle it.Its mostly just to say you have a 2jz or LS3

A guy my dad works with has an volvo 240, with a Chevy Camaro V8 in it, my dad doesn't really understand the tuner scene, and asked "why do that?" The guy responded with, "its a volvo....with a camaro engine...its now sneaky fast"
The idea of "sneaky fast" is why people do these swaps, not to utilize the full potential of the motor.
I personally love Sleepers.

Who is going to even attempt to race a volvo? At least 6th gen celicas look fast, so at least some people(mustangs,vettes, supras,ect) will attempt to race once and a while.

Who is going to even attempt to race a volvo? At least 6th gen celicas look fast, so at least some people(mustangs,vettes, supras,ect) will attempt to race once and a while.
No one would, that's the whole point. People would laugh at you, then once you line up and beat the guy, they'd be like oh sh!tttttt
But they would only laugh if your car looks like ****, and even if you beat them..your car still looks like ****.. Unless your attending some fast and furious races in the middle of the night, and even then people will obviously know its a sleeper lol.
