Well, everything is plugged in (i assume) and the project of a 2nd gen 3sgte into my 6th gen (st) is almost finished, the engine cranks, but won't turn over. My mechanic has said that there is no current to the igniter coil and no pulsation to the injectors. Any clues? Does this even make sense? My ECU is being tested today or tomorrow, but I don't think that's the problem. It's been 4 months and I'm frustrated...any help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Well, I bought it as a clip. I don't see why they would remove the ECU from a clip they were selling. And Mike (Qatar) made the wiring. I'm sure he knows what he's doing. I don't even know what the hell at this point...
i have the exact same problem right now.
but i know for a FACT that i am missing the EFI solenoid, but not anymore. i just got it today. So hopefully, it will start.
