my question is, is it for real?


i mean do they really send u cash and free parts ?
what do they require in return,
the website just saye promote them in auto shows and car gathering...

i thnk i saw a 6gc member on there too, (black gt with gold rims, in texas too ti think)

beside, you're not suppose to pay for someone to sponsor you. If they're going to sponsor you, they're doing it because they want their company (and parts) to be promoted.

lol, Sry bro. you're getting ripped and your info is being sold to diet-pill-pyramid schemers and the like.

In order to get sponsored, You've pretty much gotta have some gawd-amazing setup, and they'll approach you. You dont get sponsored for having a blown engine sitting in a driveway for a few months ;p

anyway, i'd pull your info as fast as possible and enable your SPAM blockers on your e-mail. Oh and when you get those "offers" for "Special Pricing" because you're a "sponsored Member", Remember your special price is +25%.

a good rule of thumb when buying parts and getting real hookups, They're usualy CASH deals, and you likely know the seller; Opposed to giving your info to some faceless website, and reciving an automated e-mail saying so....

let's make an example.

Say i swap in a 2jzgtte into Rei-Ohkie; and powerhouse the dog-doodoo outta it, and run the AWD conversion. I'll have awesome track times right? So Greddy get's wind of this, and comes to me, and says "hey, I'll get you some free/cheap Greddy turbos to promote us, Because you have the fastest 6th gen celica i've ever seen"

So Greddy would turn up a contract, that MADE me put their swagger all over my beautiful car, in return i get 2 free turbochargers.

So let's continue pretending, and say i'd put that crap all over my beautiful car in exchange of a few thousand dollars (RETAIL price) worth of crap. Let's say i want to make moar moneys....

I call greddy up, and say "hey guys, i wanna get a promoton check". So they'll load my car full of OTHER name-showing crap, and have me attend a carshow, and open my car up to the general public (so all these filthy fcuking dirty people can get in my car and touch my schett) while i hand out keychains and work a "greddy booth" promoting the "greddy" like of products. Claiming it's the greatest crap sense i lost my virginity.

For the entire saturday i'll only make like 200 bucks or so...

Now i've already spent over 40K with the custom framework and super-sajin 2jz, not to mention all the money spent on body kits and lambo doors so that people would come and drool on my car; and have gained 2 turbos (retail 700-900/ea) and $200.... So i've almost gotten 2K bucks, and this is a minimum of 6months to a year from the time the car is running 4 second 1/4's (realistically)

It'd be easier to just go get a job working in a machine shop for greddy... Make moar money that way....

I'll tell you what, i'll teach you to weld/fitt and read diagrams, and you go apply for a job as a fitter. same thing i do for a living, except you'll fit car parts instead of offshore oil rig parts.
