I used my parking break for the first time in years after parking. When I was about to drive, I released the parking break and stepped on the gas, something seemed locked up like the parking break was still on and when my friend went out to check it out, the rear passenger wheel won't move forward. We tried reverse, it was ok but there is a sqeaking sound like something is still halting it. Tried again to move forward and it is still locked. I live in Chicago by the way and weather here is freezing. I wonder if something froze or broke? Anyone have an idea what is wrong? Thanks guys.

since you havent been using it the shoe is most likely frozen in place or one of the springs broke long ago and its not retracting
