I'm in the process of buying a 2001 MR2 Spyder. I know the general history of the car, but if anyone bought the 5 Carfax reports and has any left over, I wouldn't mind having a printout of it for my records. All you'd have to do is run the report and forward me the email. I would be willing to send you some money (through Paypal) for your effort.

It's against Carfax's TOS to give reports away. They can fine the account holder and the forum. Just an FYI.

Thanks....but I'm not asking a dealer here to give me a free Carfax report from their account.

I'm asking a person of this forum who has paid for the $45 for 5 Carfax report to use a unused report for me and I will compensate them - those other 1-4 remaining reports are already paid for - and they're not giving away any free reports. That is legal. That's why they changed it from "unlimited for 30 days" to 5 single reports.

So again, if anyone has any unused reports, please send me a PM. If not, I will be ordering one tomorrow.
