From the looks of it, I tend to agree with 95CelicaST. Sounds like that's an issue with winnipegheights.com. However...

However, that thread was started by Azian_Advanced. Isn't he from Winnipeg? Could this be some sort of 6gc tomfoolery?

That error is probably from the site trying to hotlink to some image or other resource, and that resource now being password protected by htaccess.
