No reasonable offer will be turned down. I'm not expecting some crazy amount for them, just trying to get a feel for what they're worth. I'm in CT and would prefer locals but I could see what shipping would cost if someone really wanted them.

I'm having a tough time finding them new. Pretty sure they are the tr-1 series. Maybe they're not manufactured anymore? Anyway, only MRR rim sets I can find are like $1200 a set cheapest, and that was on ebay. As I said they have some scuffing, and you'll need tires so, 500?
