Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving when retailers have their 'biggest sales' of the year....it's the busiest shopping day of the year, basically for the start the holiday shopping before Christmas.

BAH... HUMBUG! (but if u wantin a big ol flat screen, i hear hhgregg got some killer deals and so does wal mart, but good luck gettin in that mo-fo!)

im thinking that the best deals are after new years. or after christmas.

EDIT: i saw a sale on tv for a 32 inch flat screenand a nintendo wii for like 300. i was like GTFO!

I bought Kinnect for my new xbox, a sick fighting game for it thats just plain awesome. I bought the fast and furious all 5 of them on blu ray for 25 bucks. I ordered a pioneer single din with a 3in screen and 4 kicker 4x6's from crutchfield since they were having a sale. And i ordered a AEM EMS from Enjuku bc it was half off ! and the AEM UEGO Wideband. So it was a great Friday for me.

Did you guys know that Amazon is matching or beating Wal Mart, Toys R Us, and a few others prices and includes free shipping.

i actually got everything i wanted from walmart. the 42 emerson, blu ray player by LG and a bunch of other stuff, and i only stood in line for 2 and half hours before they open

Got a ps3 bundle from amazon, its coming in monday or tuesday, the bundle came with uncharted two, some other game digital download and karate kid, and a $25 dollar credit towards another game, i figured ill trade in uncharted and add the 25 dollar game credit and buy black ops, since i already bought GT5 today and got madden 11 from amazon as well thats on its way. Super pumped, gran turismo screenshots look freaking amazing cant wait to play it! Im sure madden and black ops will be fun too

The 'sales' in the UK are always after christmas. Always used to be January 1st, but recently have moved to boxing day...

Could be interesting this year as VAT rises by 2.5% on Jan 4th....
