I own a 1995 GT-S automatic. I got as a gift from a friend, a 1994 GT.
What I want to do is give the engine of the 94 GT to be remade from scratch and put forged pistons for an eventual turbo.
I would keep the 95's body and tranny.

My question is can this be done? Will there be a problem mouting the engine from the Manual celica to the Automatic celica?

Note: I am NOT changing the tranny's, just the engine.

You can swap any 5s engine in there.
There is a lot of useful information in the stickies!

It's worth you're money if you invest in a 3SGTE because it comes stock turbo'd and if you rebuild it, you could easily push 600 hp if you do it right.
