Im aware the 5s and 3s have the same motor mount locations and are interchangable in the 6th gen gt's, and I've heard that the location of one of the motor mounts in the 6th gen ST's is different from the 5s/3s, Ive tried searching but I cant seem to find this information, any help would be appreciated.

its more than just drilling a new hole if your planning on swapping a 3sgte or 3sge into a st, its the wire loom, the motor mount you mentioned, and you will need the transmission from a gt and i believe ( someone please correct me if im wrong) that you will need the axles and hub assembly from a gt, the subframe from the gt with all that should bolt in

the front abd back mounts are on the center cross member, you will need ST205 mounts. this is all covered in the stickies

i just finished mine and all you need is the gt pass. motor mount, gt front trans mount and drivers trans mount. Thats of course if you use the gt trans. Honestly, it wasn't that hard of a swap. You also need gt axles. The gt axle splines match up with the st hubs just so you know.
