its the aftermarket brace that goes right behind the back seat thats under the trunk cover on the hatch i dont have a pic but ill see if i can find one later and post it when i get home.

my fault, i thought when you said hatch strut brace you meant the rear hatch struts, like what pushes the window up
and holds it open.
