This should be relatively simple. How many quarts of oil should I put in a 7afe during a standard oil change?

put in 4, start engine till oil light goes off, turn engine off. wait 5 minutes, recheck level and add as needed.

Shouldn't need any more than 4. I'd start with 3.5 quarts then add.
