How do you remove/ replace alternator belt ( 7AFE)? do i need to remove the pully of the alternator? or remove the alternator?

I think you're talking about the Serpentine Belt....

On the front of the alternator there is a tension adjustment bolt. Loosen that until the belt clears the pulley so that you can remove it. You don't have to remove the tension bolt, just loosen it.

do you know what the belt called just below that one?
and how do you change it?

You wouldn't happen to know how tight it should be upon replacing the belt would you?
