Bigger vs. smaller offset - 6G Celicas Forums

Does a bigger offset mean the wheel will stick out farther? As in, will a wheel with a 45mm offset stick out farther than one with 42mm, or is it the other way around?

Other way around, small offset will make it stick out more.

There's a huge thread about this in the stickies with diagrams and everything to show.
